Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We set everything up and show you how it works. Day to day you just check the dashboard on your phone, like checking messages.
Will the AI sound like a robot to my customers?
It's trained on your hours, prices and tone, and it hands the conversation to you whenever a person is needed. You choose what it can and can't do.
Can I keep my current phone number and tools?
Usually yes. During the audit we check what you already use and connect to it or move it over, whichever is simpler for you.
What about my customers' data?
Your data stays yours. We only collect what the business needs, and you can export it anytime. Details will be in the service agreement.
How long does setup take?
Most small businesses can be up and running in one to two weeks. Bigger setups with a new website take longer. We'll give you a timeline after the audit.
